InnrG Wellness
This is Not Polite Therapy. It is Transformational.
Therapy is an art that should move you, shape you, strecth you, redefining your existence through work, feeling, not hiding. but Allowing destruction and rebirth of yourself. challenging yourself with every step you take, your stories, pain, not just listening to them on repeat.
InnrG Wellness was created for those who are done with insight only therapy. you know what happened to you. have you named it? Truly processed it? Something in you knows: just talking about it is not enough.
Here we do things differently. whether you are in a virtual rage room, diving into EMDR, or showing up raw in a group therapy session. you are not just invited to feel you are expected to.
Who Am I?
I am not a therapist that will pat your hand and say that must have been hard, I am a therapist who will ask what are you doing with the pain now?
I am trained in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I take an experimental approach combining Play with feeling using group, individual, relationship therapy . I have worked with queer clients in crisis, trauma surviovors, and people who thought they were “too broken” for therapy to work.
I believe confrontation when done right is compassion. I believe discomfort is sacred. I believe growth demands honesty, movement, and space where nothing is off limits.

How InnrG Therapy Works
Step 1: Establishing the client/counselor relationship
this is done throughout the therapy process. However, Initially our relationship will begin by completing intake paperwork and taking advantage of having a 15 min consultation call.
Step 2: Clarifying/Assessing
After I review your intake forms and speak to you, I will review the forms and work with you during the first session to clarify your presenting issue or situation. assessments may be given if necessary.
Step 3: Identifying Treatment Goals
During this step I will outline your treatment goals which includes outlining how many sessions you need to reach your intended goal. in this treatment plan we will create s.m.a.r.t goals and interventions that fit your unique needs. this will be tailored to you and only you! this step is vital and will help you grow and understand your innr complexities.
Step 4: Planning, and Maintenance
After you have achieved your treatment goals and have the knowledge and skills you need. together we will assess and plan whether you will need maintenance which will mean reduced sessions. Innrg wellness is like a family meaning even when you have achieved your treatment goals and no longer need weekly sessions; you will still have a home here. keep in mind if you need maintenance we can work together at anytime to establish a plan.
Do you take insurance?
I am considered an out of network provider. which means I do not take insurance. however, I can provide an itemized receipt of services that have been received from an out of network provider (superbill). which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. you will need to speak with your insurance provider to see if this is acceptable. As an out of network provider this means if you have worries about confidentiality and do not want your diagnosis to be reported and on file (i.e. Medical record) with an insurance company paying out of pocket is best.
